I’m Shimon, the voice and heart behind The Merry Mystic. My path weaves together scholarship and spirituality — exploring how ancient myths, rituals, and mystical philosophies can still guide us today.

As both a teacher and seeker, I draw on sources from Tibet, Egypt, Greece, Mesopotamia, and beyond, sharing them in ways that are thoughtful, accessible, and transformative. My work is about more than history: it’s about finding living wisdom in forgotten traditions and bringing it into modern practice.
